Flooter has a modified Flute.
-has sharp edge on a side so it can be used as a sword
-can be used as a gun if you put a bullet in the flute
-can be used as a shotgun ( short range )
-can be used as a special type of gun wich shoots almost anything Eg. put sand in the flute and it will blow sand once u press the trigger
it is fired by a button on the bottom of the flute.
it can play music too : D
- Abilities & Skills:
-Air Boost : can do boosted jumps by blowing himself with the air around him which is like a harmless explosion, which makes him be able to jump high
-Parkouring skills : he can take advantage of the airboost for extreme parkouring
-good dodging skills : its not like a superhuman reflexes or anything, but he has fast reflexes and can dodge pretty goodly.
- Weaknesses:
-Heavy armor. Flooters attacks are not that strong and heavy armor could defeat him
-Flooter doesn't have much health, or we could say that he cant take too many hits, but that doesn't mean he cant dodge hits.
- About:
Flooter is a nice guy if you are his friend, and he is a very good friend to have.
but you are either with him, or against him.
he will most likely kill you if he beats you in a fight cuz he is a total asshole
he doesn't take shit from random fuckers who are a "nobody" in his relationship
but at the same time he is a very nice, fun, and loyal person.

Flooter liked the flute instrument since he was a newborn baby
his father was the reason that he started to like the flute, his father's name is Shabas.
Shabas used to play the flute when Flooter was a kid, and he taught Flooter how to play the flute.
Flooter used to play a normal flute as a hobby before.
but after he saw his father get killed by his own flute which was stuck in his throat
by some random guy in a mask, who probably has history with Shabas.
(Flooter still doesnt know who this guy is and why he killed Shabas)
but he gave Flooter the idea to use his flute for self defense as a hidden weapon
so he got creative and somehow figured out how to turn this instrument into a weapon
but then the self defense turned to other stuff too...
and he can still enjoy the great music of it : )[/COLOR]
