There's an addon for Firefox to autorefresh and a download for IE to autorefresh, so you search one thing, turn it on, and go about your business. I do both IE and FF so I can farm two accounts at once. The best prize you can get is an ipod nano, but they give out Amazon gift cards like your local free newspaper.
