Weaknesses:
Absence of light: light fuels his energy and his energy usage is high
Hesitation: Sometimes After beating down an enemy, he waits for the enemy to stand up before attacking. this gives cunning enemies an advantage to strike.
He can't block bullets or heavy weapons. he tries to dodge them, except
Levitation: If he gets levitated, he loses his teleportation power temporarily leaving him unable to dodge large attacks.
When his electricity power is active, liquids have a negative effect on him. But this will make him extra careful next time especially if the opponent has liquid abilities.
When he uses his trump card, it uses up all of his strength and he has to rest all day
Story:
(He is actually a character from a story I am developing)
He is from another world that also has life on it like Earth. He lost his family and everyone that meant a lot to him there are two factions in his world: Guardians(good guys) and Ghouls(bad guys) It was at an inter-world war that he lost everyone and almost himself but he was evacuated to Earth through a portal by his parents when he was a kid to go back when the war was over only to go back and find out that they didn't make it. Because of that, he refuses to have any friendship that is too close. He constantly trains himself in different places, with people he knows, Earth, and other different places so that he will be strong enough to have his revenge...
...and then he discovered RHG.
