ok good smoothness but the position looks really awkward, and he seems to have a torso thats tapered the wrong way. shuld be thicker at the top. good work though.

c&c, huh? when he stretches his ares back, it should slow down and his waist should bend back, making his head lower some, and he should come do a stop before swinging his arms down(causing his head to move up then down), I'll see if I can't make an example. 100% smooth, btw.
