I would love anime adapted virtual reality games like Tokyo ghoul. Scary as fuck, maybe, interesting and fun, most likely. It would also be cool if you could interact with the real world too. (Through websites and making animations and crap of course)

Creating AI would also prove a lil difficult but it would be so worth it, although it might be breaking open pandoras box

Along with Mirror's Edge.

The developers should improve eye tracking.

That's also scary as f**k. But you can exit out of a game at anytime.

You guys know that pressure-vest for gaming? Yeah, it didn't meet its Kickstarter goal. Though I don't know if its still being developed or not. But that got me thinking, what if you got that pressure technology and put it, instead of a vest, into gloves, think about it, gloves or gauntlets that can control your character's movements through your movements. It'll be more reliable than motion sensors as well. The main problem of this is that you can't really feel that you're holding something, and can only imagine, so this would make for... awkward gaming at the least.

So now idea would be that whenever you touch something, the pressure would activate in your palm simulating the shape of said object you were touching. If you happened to punch something, there would be quick pressure on your fist indicating that your punch, did connect with the something, this would make it more accurate for you to tell, and improve your overall experience.

Also on the subject of FullDive, I'm too paranoid that it'll be hacked and used against the users, things in this reality may be extremely hard to hack, but when you got hackers that are able to crack national security firewalls, or such, and more so if those hackers are trolls, then, thats a huge risk.

Nah. I think those hackers will be inside the game as well. I don't think they will be able to resist.

I'm not so sure with mirrors edge. With SnK you're flying through the air constantly being pulled by wires which you shoot into buildings and walls, while trying to kill/run from gigantic humans trying to eat and kill you at the same time. Mirrors edge is just parkour, nothing complicated or extreme.

You know how some actions like climbing walls or diverolling would have this fixed camera kinda thing.

And Accel World, and Log Horizon, and .hack, and TRON...

In fact, deep inside we all want to substitute this mundane reality with something more fantastic, where you have the potential to be awesome from the get-go. Of course, we still want a tether to the real world so we can experience the luxuries of modern life. Off-topic rambling, but particular thing in fiction that bugs me is that when there's some sort of fantasy element exposed to the real world (even something like a demi-human), the muggles suddenly become a mob and start trying to lynch the poor thing. Hey, you people have been clamoring to a desire to bring fiction to the world. Then when the universe does keel over and give you a catgirl, you reject it as it defies your norm. And then the public goes back to stage 1, what a bunch of twats...

Well I was one of those type of people once (going past my last too avatars >.>) but you can't deny a game like sao would be interesting (hopefully not trapped because if that really did happen LITERALLY no one would try to escape even if they're talking shit like they would IRL.) But anyway the idea of SAO seems like a cool concept and I would really love to see it be made.
