So I went and opened up audacity to record some voice stuff, only to find out that my mic didn't record anything, I managed to fix that, and now this is happening:
audio being weird
This happens even when I have my electric fan faced away, and my room is almost completely devoid of sound, I'm not even SPEAKING, and it somehow records these distortions and stuff.

I'm not messing with any of you, this isn't even April 1st anymore, though that has a download link if any of you wanna get it and turn it into a robot voice or something for any of your stuff, I'm even fine with not being credited.

I'm using Audacity.

Any help or just input would be appreciated.
