How do I export flash animations for youtube?

I also want to post my videos on my youtube channel but ever since i started using vcam, I've not been able to export the video so it stays within the vcam. please can someone tell me how to do it? or show me a thread about how to do it. thanks.

Hmmm, an alternative I can suggest is exporting your animation as another SWF file, then convert it using Swivel.
