It's unlikely they got "banned for no reason." Likely, they did something suspicious to make it appear as though it were another account of yours. That said, if you have a sibling who wants to make an account and you have to use the same computer, then explain it when they arrive. Preferably with proof, so there's no potential lash at your account or the sibling's.
