Great artwork. You got a really good grip on all the fundamentals and your shading is pretty damn sweet. Your style is also pretty unique, it's a nice mix between realistic and cartoony. The only part that I can immediately see that's off is their faces. I don't really know why, but it doesn't seem to blend in well together with the rest of the characters. It's especially noticable in the first girl. Other than that these are really great.

Yeah, pretty much the same as Sharp, I think the faces look strange in relation to everything else. It might be because the rest of it is done in a kinda sloppy style and the faces are much cleaner than the rest of it so they stand out, idk.
Good work though Lobo, keep it up, and you should post more man

I really enjoy the idea of making as much detail without over-rendering or smoothing with the water tool, hence the whole 'sloppy style'.

Except i can't bear to do that to faces. So I smoothening things more meticulously than I should.

@Drone: I promise to post every week, every sunday, in this thread.

@Nish: I used to have a thread but I forgot all about it. I intend to start fresh again, this time without lazing about and forgetting i ever had an art thread.

Specifically, those eyes are humongous! That's what makes it look so weird.

Best one so far. Although I am a little bit bothered by the bow on the shoe and the shoe itself, as they don't have nearly as much detail as anything else. Did you rush it?

I really like these. You should try to finish the drawing by placing the character in an environment rather than just doing oc's. It would be cool to see something that looks like a finished piece of art.
I actually reeeeaally like the eyes on the last one, but the legs are extremely unfinished :(

@Sharp: I got lazy with the bow, yes. I tend to get lazy past the face.

Which brings me to the point where I dislike backgrounds because characters interest me more than the backgrounds do. Maybe I'll try it sometime. Maybe.
