Line work is pretty unclean and shaky. Decent job on the anatomy, except her left forearm is way too big and so is her left hand, and it doesn't curve like that at all. You're shading is pretty muddy on the hair, and too subtle on the character. Same applies to the blue glowy thing. You need a bit more confidence with your contrast. The picture looks kinda flat due to that.
Also what's with the red under her eyes it's like she lacks sleep.

Like I would know how make-up works :[
thx for all the feedback, I think I'll try and change some things

Also, I've always been told my shading is muddy, so with this I used as much 100% hardness as possible. Then I went 0% on the hair, and bam its muddy again? How do I avoid this lol

Different brush, different technique. Shading isn't just a soft brush on a low opacity. In fact, personally I rarely use the soft brush for my shading, maybe to blend certain really smooth parts.

Where are her ears? I know there's cat ears and all, but it still looks like she has no human ears, which is a problem most people slip into when they get into the habit of drawing characters with long hair. Her neck is too long, and her crotch is sticking too far inwards.
Other than that and everything else that's been said, I think it's pretty nice.
