The punch looks o.k sorta, but the easing after the punch looks wrong, and your running still needs work
btw your dash fx looks like poo
at least make them transparent lol

Yup I agree on the EASING thing but not on the dash.

OK.. But there was easing.... If I here's no easing the animation would be argh choppy or will be like when I was an argh low beginner...... :/.
