i started wearing glasses just recently. not because my eyesight is particularly bad, but because not wearing them is affecting my posture... because i have to lean closer to the screen

It's actually not that bad. The first few times are uncomfortable, but you get used to them.
BUT THOSE DAMN SOLID CONTACTS HOW DO THEY WORK

They have ones that are solid, and are made to fit perfectly on your eye, and then they have rubbery ones.
The stiff ones scare me, like they'd scratch the surface of your eye or something. Or shatter.
