because I'd look less like a wizard and more like someone from duck dynasty

also I don't think I've trimmed or done anything with my beard since late august, it grows pretty damn slowly.

At my school, there's no restrictions with how long your facial hair can be, unlike other ones.
You could graduate over there with a full fledged beard. How cool is that?
Right now though, I only got a bit of peach fuzz.

Schools in general don't really have restrictions on facial hair.

I guess that's cool.

The high school my older brother went to had facial hair restrictions.
One day, he forgot to shave before he went to school, and he had to go the principal's office to shave it. It was pretty stupid.

Duck Dynasty has wizards too.

How else are they able to hunt so many ducks.

Not in my school. When someone has enough facial hair to be noticed, they get singled out and made to shave in front of the students. It's a pretty dickish move, and I don't know why they do it.

What kind of fucking dumbass schools do you people go to that make you shave?

The only reason we shaved was because it'd fuck up a gas mask seal, and most people have shitty facial hair.

Like fuck, those school systems are stupid as fuck. I would literally never shave and not give a fuck. Make me shave everyday in front of the class, see if I give a fuck

Schools have uniform standards to maintain. I don't think we had any procedure for making someone shave in our school, but you would get a Talking To from Mr Robertson and that's scary enough that people didn't forget in the first place.

They'd usually say something along the lines of "it's making others feel uncomfortable" or some other bullshit excuse.

I never really understood the no nail polish rule in my school. What harm does a little colour do on your nails?

My dad once told me that back in the day, when Lithuania was still occupied by Russia, students were not allowed to have long-ish hair (couldn't touch the ears) but if you were a true rebel and did not shave your sides, you would get sent to the nurse's office where she/he would shave you bald with a shitty technique leaving you spotty as fuck.

In Texas, you don't wear outfits for most of the schools.

Over here in Louisiana, though, pretty much all the schools require uniforms, even public ones.

Never had that problem with uniforms or shaving for school... There was this one kid that had an epic beard in highschool that everyone knew this name cause of it... Most of us just had some weak really bad looking beards on no shave November

School uniforms and dress codes are stupid imo. The only reason I think a student should be stopped over his or her dress is when they don't have one on.
