Yes, I use proactive which works pretty well at getting the horrendously bulging painful zits away but doesn't seem to help much getting the red spots to go away :/

It doesnt kill to splash some water on your face man. The most I do in taking care of myself is shower and brush my teeth and even I have alright skin.

Some people are just naturally predisposed to have more acne. I wash my face in the shower every day and I spend about thirty minutes every day with relatively expensive proactive crap and even that doesn't clear my skin up completely.

I just get really bad acne. Plus I don't live in California so I'm not sweating bullets all the time to clean my pores :p

Seriously though, what do you think when you see those people at school who have ridiculously horrid acne? Do you think they just never shower and rub their faces in grease everyday?

I thought sweat actually made acne worse? It doesn't clean the pores, it dirties them.
