That's what I do, suprisingly like doubles if not more your excercise routine, also when you begin to get tired, count to five then start again, it works, also music, proven to give you like three times your average.

I just found these on my camera. Forgot all about them, right after i got done sanding the entire upstairs floor. (a ****load of dust, hence the respirator and glasses)
