Can dash, teleport, can duck bullets or incoming blades quickly and has SOL ability.

Liquid elemental faster opponent and rapid fire bullets.
- About/Story:
The Celerity was known as the Dashing light for it's speed for
manna have seen his ability to dash from here to here to there
unfortunately the facility has decided to hunt him down for further
experiments for their needs Celerity did not like the idea so they had
to take him by force he was able to escape each army with has ability
to dash fast he hid far east but many kept showing up other may be bounty
hunters retreiving their cash prize or the military trying to take Celerity back
to the facility but he would never gave up he would fight till the end he will
end this madness if it ment for him to fight every man in the world.
