I don't see any improvement, your movements might actually make less sense than they used to
how is he keeping that pose while punching, he would topple over because he has no balance. Why did he make that pose to begin with? How does he move forward linearly with momentum that should be going forward and down and without moving his legs at all?

No, you're not better than Setto.

No, not really. He has more of the basics down than TLA does though in my opinion

wait, why does it matter if your better then him
the punch is smooth, but the legs should move differently

It's shaky, there's no foot placement, and the buildup to a punch should flow into the punch itself, not just hover there for a few frames in some sort of weird ball-splitting stance.

Watch your animation, stand up and try to recreate that punch in real life. It's extremely awkward and I think you need to spend more time watching fight scenes or other animations or something so you get an idea of how the body is supposed to move. This looks like you're not even making an effort.
A single punch is about the most simple movement you can animate and this is barely a second long, and you can't even get that right. I'm not trying to discourage you but maybe you should stop worrying about who's better than who when you're still failing to grasp basic fundamentals of animation.

dude stop focusing on other people. It's not gonna get you anywhere. You need to just make a basic walk cycle cos the things you make aren't very good with all the complicated things you try to do.

also the legs shouldn't go like that. Sure, it happens in other fight animations but those are either silly and over the top or are actually using Taekwondo.
