Okay so I did what has been mentioned in other threads and that is I changed the bit rate to 64kbps, quality: best and made the compression be MP3. The problem I'm having is that when I press ctrl+enter (test animation) Flash crashes, so... why does it damn crash :| ?

It might be a problem other than your music quality
Unless when you put it back it exports fine?

Well I decided to wait for the export and it takes around 5-10 minutes so that it can load up a 13 seconds long animation ...

64 kbps is pretty shitty.
Use 160. It's the max in flash anyway.

Try copying all the frames to a new fla and seeing if that works
