You were banned, and then you were banned again for ban evading, so the one chance to come back or say sorry that you had, you blew it. If you want to actually confess, you should have privately spoken to a moderator, and openly posting in a new account warrants a permanent ban. You've tried this exact same trick before, what makes you think it'll work this time?
