Yeah, I use Sai, and lately I've been using this custom brush (along with a pen tool for lineart and flats):

Really though, you just have to look around for brushes that people have made and try to find one that suits your tastes, or even make one to suit your own needs. I have a huge library of brushes, but this was the one that really seemed to work for me the best.

-A piece done for my girlfriend's DnD session to use as an example of one of the monsters. It's a combination of a Sea Cow (manatee) and a dragon, and was amazing practice for designing monsters. The water splashes were also a new and interesting experience.-

Yeah, like two days ago.

I've been drawing since 5th grade, and I'm in college now, so about 8ish years? If we're talking digital specifically, probably around 5-6 years.
