Any ruling on his "brother's" account? We still don't know if he actually has a brother or not, neither wants to provide evidence of both their existences, and it'd be unfair of us to punish a potential other user because of their relative's shitty behavior.

What is the brothers account again? Do they even post at all?

Uranus8 is Setto's supposed brother, which everyone believes to be a multi-account. There was another account before this that supposedly belonged to the brother, which I believe I banned because it seemed like Setto posting and they shared an IP Address.

Well I don't think it'll be hard to recognise Setto's behavior. If he starts posting AS OFTEN as setto was we can tell is another account.
