order strategy for a crappy pc with fps lags

title says everything. Even if it's not advantageous enough it will still do.
I just want a build that would keep me going in my fps struggle (if there's one)

There's a thread on this section which is called Turtle Strategy v2. It will get you to around 1.7k-1.8k, but it works the best in lag.
