abilities\weapons : he has an electric guitar that can shoot electricity
when it is being held he can exert lightning through his feet enabling flight
has the overload ability to destroy all weapons


weaknesses : he is normal without guitar
overload destroys guitar so its pretty much a diuble edged guitar.(insert pun drums)
hes not the best at hand to hand combat.

backstory : this dude was once a crappy guitar man but his guitar was struck by lightning
when he rage quit slammed his awesome guitar on the ground and was now able to
let in and out lightning through his feet hands and guitar when he touched it,so now
he is a rocker hard gladiator
