This is edgy done right, or at least in a manner that I'm okay with.

There's a bit of redundancy with the ability to turn into a demon and into a bloodletter, are they the same or different?

ahh......Its different,the demon form is when the demon sealed in him takes over his body and his bloodletter form can be manually activated by him.sorry for the confusion.

I'm not sure if this is a stupid question or not but what is a bloodletter?

The only Bloodletter I know is from Warhammer 40k, but generally it means "something that spills blood" (usually someone else's)

Then it's a bit redundant, methinks. Wouldn't be more efficient to say that "Sometimes, when he gets desperate, he willingly lets the demon take over him" ?
