Gets tired after 40 minutes rest for 2-3 minuets

- About/Story:
Twix was a wacky person he was the "Clown" he was always
up for adventuring and exploring the world but he reached his limit when he
fell into an toxic pond it broke his tissues and bones which allowed him to bend
he tried but he couldn't get out no one was around to help Twix but he figured out
how to use his ability he pulled out his arms and pointed at the tree then his arms
expanded and grabbed into the tree he got out but he couldn't walk the nearest hospital
was 20 miles long he fainted. After 2 weeks the FBI found his body lying and all
stretched out, he was brought to the scientist specialist to be experimented/healed
he was healed and during the surgery he was experimented on, but as soon as he woke up
he realized he was getting experimented on so he tried to escape from them he went to the city
and used his abilities to grab into the roof he escaped. After a year or two the FBI started
to hire gladiators to hunt Twix down but he did not allow that he fought back till he ends.

I think he meant it in a fantasy kind of timeline where 30 minutes can be skipped in 2 seconds or something like that. Changing scenes yunno.
