Rhg character: Gel-ly

Abilities: Can evaporate into a pool of gel, and move around or grab the opponent from under
Can morph parts of his body into virtually anything, even when un-attached to himself
Can form into domes, and barriers to try and suffocate the opponent
Can stick parts of his body onto the opponent to slow him/her down

Weaknesses:
Gel-ly's substance is highly flammable
Gel-ly will flash-freeze in low temperatures, and shatter like glass
Any chemical that touches Gel-ly will ruin his chemical composition, melting him into a pool of gel for a few seconds leaving him open
Any parts of his body un-attached, and immobilized by the opponent cannot return back to Gel-ly.(For example, if a piece of him was trapped in a ball it cannot return to him)

Story:

As a kid, Gel-ly grew up in a family of hitmen and hired guns. He trained as an assassain his entire childhood. He then was bought from his family from a very wealthy traveling circus. After circus acts, he would play with his dog, for that was the only reminder he was allowed to keep from his family. One day, after a circus act, Gel-ly expected for an encore. For the audience always asked for one, after seeing him perform. But this time, the audience booed at him. He was confused, and started circling looking at the entire crowd booing at him. He realized what happened only after, he started being attacked by the crowd's foods and beverages. He was dragged by his new "father", and as they walked away from the circus he asked what was happening. His father looked at him with disgust and shame. He told him that he misperformed, and started to blame it on his dog. He thought that his dog was a higher priority than the circus acts. So he sent Gel-ly to bed. The next day, he looked around for his dog, but he couldn't find him anywhere. He remembered what his father said, and in fear started
screaming trying to find his dog. But he was nowhere to be found. Until, he looked into the furnace and saw large piles of ashes. Gel-ly didn't want to believe it, that his dog was burnt dead or alive. Out of fear of what might happen to him, he ran. Until, back in his home town, he found a group of gang members. He also found a
person that looked all too familiar, his first father. He stepped in there to try and protect him, but what was he going to do. So they put a choke-hold on him, and let him watch in horror exactly how they were going to beat him. He passed out, hearing the screams of his father he barely remembered. He woke up on the platform of a nuclear plant. It was cleared out, but there was still large remnants of radioactivity. The gang members started filling it up with gel until it was all full. Just to keep Gel-ly and his father occupied, they dumped some playing cards in there just for them. The gel slowly and painfully sunk into his body. On regular circumstances, the gel could not pass into the human body. But because of the radioactivity, it forced its way in through his wounds. Then after some time, he crawled out exhausted. He looked at himself, and saw the monster known as Gel-ly. He looked around for his father, but he was nowhere to be found. He
would've just fell back into the plant, but something caught his eye. It was a note. The note read, "If you read this then you're obviously still alive. But, I am pretty sure you are a COMPLETE FREAK. Hahaha *coughs* moving on. There is only one place left for you to try and kill me. Become a RHG. And you'll be able to do the things I did to you. I've been DYING for a challenge. Anyways, hope to see you there!"

Gel-ly started laughing at what he's become and at the letter. So he pushed himself out. And walked it off. He's not going
to die to anything. Not until he kills that man.

About: He has an insane personality, making him unpredictable. He also likes to play mindgames, and kill his opponents in a brutal manner.

Gladiator Stats:
Strength: 6/10
Gel-ly can morph his body making it heavier, but it can't be that heavy since it is only
gel
Durability: 9/10
Gel-ly can morph his body around an attack, evaporate into a pool dodging an attack,
and if he does manage to get hit he can regain form
Speed: 3/10
Gel-ly is made up of a sticky substance attaching him to the ground while walking. Also,
because of all his weight he is heavier than other RHGs
Dexterity: 4/10
When Gel-ly does not kill his opponent fast enough, he takes this as an insult and
becomes enraged making him lose his tempo in combos.
Intelligence: 10/10
Gel-ly is an artificial being, and needs intelligence to outsmart the opponent while
creating combos and timing them in the correct spots
Powers: 7/10
Gel-ly can morph into virtually anything, and throw sharp objects at high speeds. Not
only can he use this for offense, but can dodge attacks or stop enemies as defense
Weapons: 2/10
Although Gel-ly can morph weapons, he only has a limited amount of gel. This makes it
so he can only create one type of gel morph at a time
