Well Here is it
You get the finals streamed if I can get on my desktop.
Videos are best because I have a place I can commentate with little interruption.
Unless someone else actually streams it, likelyhood is that streaming will only include finals, and probably on someone else's twitch.

If this does become a 16 player tournament, if its double elimination you will have to commentate a minimum of about 70 games (assuming every player wins 3 - 0, which in itself is unlikely). Maybe don't do videos of the 1st round, and the '1st' round in the losers bracket, so it would bring it down by about half.

Best of 3 ( 2-0 or 2-1), besides Finals and Semis.
People won't show.
I will probably go back to single elim.
EDIT:
There are only two more spots, I'd let it go longer, but with the amount of time... I don't want a weird number like 19 or 23.

Oh right is bo3... Still, I think double elimination is better, means people can redeem themselves even after messing up the first round. Just don't do commentaries of the first round and then I think it would be a suitable number of videos. Besides, people generally aren't all that interested in first rounds.
