Blur belongs to a faction known as the Time keepers.They keep the balance of time stable and protect a gem known as the Time Realm from invaders who wants to use it to go to the past or the future .Only timekeepers are allowed to use the time Realm and any non-timekeepers will use recklessly use it for themself, disrupting the balance of space and time which can cause doom to all.Blur,the strongest of the timekeepers welds the Time Realm and uses it to manufester its abilities ;like Onion skin and the boomerang blade,and will continue to protect it .He then saw RHG as a danger to the Time Realm and plans to wipe out all RHG Gladiators from existence so they don't use the time realm powers for themselves,for their own good...[/B]

New And CURRENT Story:

After he completed his assassination of Chaos.Blur returned home to his fraction and family...Only to find a horrfic bloodbath scene of his slaughted fellow timekeepers.Shocked by the hoffic scene, Blur searched everywhere in Time Space(The Timekeepers's home.A hidden dimension ) for clues,hoping to find the muderer.Then Blur found something .A hat and inside it, containg a key card to the RHG training arena ,which only RHG's have access to.This grew Blur's hatred for RHG's tenfold.Blur swore that he will avenge The Time Keepers by finding and killing the muder.But Blur knew this was impossible.Why? Because Blur knew that even though his was the strongest of the Time Keepers, the Time Keepers were very strong too and them altogether would be atleast 10 times stronger than Blur.So Blur made a plan.He would officaly join Rhg as a galdiator and kill as much opponents as he can.But to be able to take on the muderer of his fraction.Blur would need help,and thus he will need allies.So Blur has changed his objective.Instead of killing all Rhg's he will first try to be allies with them,and kill all the ones who decline to be his ally.

Blur is in Clan Ragnagok and has 2 allies and is trying to gain more.Gene and Ernest from Clan Ragnagok[/B]

Story RHG#1:Chaos Hedgust Assassination
In Blur's Rhg# 1 Blur has successfully assassinated the last member of the order and will move on to his next target.Chrono.Blur has sustained a injury in the stomach and ribs which will put a strain on him in his next battle
-He will also be more cautious in his next battle +1 intelligence
-His combat skills improved a bit. +1 combat[/B]

Story RHG#2: Chrono {Death Battle and the recruitment of Chronomancers}

Blur has challenged Chrono to a death battle which will take place in an Isolated mountain range to tests his skills against someone with powers similar to his.If Chrono is strong enough as a opponent.Blur will forfeit the assassination of Chrono and recruit him as an ally.(Reasons will be revealed in Rhg#3 Vs Androkos)

After he fights 5 Rhgs his story will be complete and he will begin a new story.He will also evolve into Prime Blur.[/B]



He is vengeful and takes revenge on those who hurts anyone close to him.After making a mistake of sparing a enermy which almost led to his clans downfall,Blur no longer spares anyone and kills any RHG who faces him.Good or bad.[/B]





Skilled at close combat
Has speed just below the speed of sound
Wields and has access to emit boomerang blades that can cut the enermy and he can also absorb it whichs makes him teleports to it[/B]



As a Chronomancer,Blur has the power of time and space at his disposal and can utilize it to use a special ability known as onion skin.This ability allows him to wrap space and time to instantly go back or forward to a period in which he has been in the past or will be in the future.His mastery of this ability has even allowed him to teleport a ghost of his future for offense.

Inherited Quartz Stance
Blur realised that having speed and teleportion wasn't enough, because he lacked firepower.Because of this,Blur went to his clan leader and master.Gene.He requested to learn the Quartz Stance and implimend it in his boomerangs so that they can be explosive.So after a full month of hard training, his training was succesful

Chrono Cape: Blur's new and last special ability.The Chrono Cape.After gathering all of the chrono energy of the time realm and bending it into a physical mass,it takes the form of a magical rune cape which hovers behind him.This grants Blur 4 abilities:

-Blur can control his boomerangs at will like telekinesis
-The ChronoCape acts as a boomerang charger.This means Blur can restore his boomerangs if he used up all his boomerangs, one at time which takes about 5 minutes to restore for each boomerang.
-Time Freeze: Using his Chrono Cape Blur can send a shockwave which can down slow time for atoms.This means he can slow down time,for a person,a moving object,regeneration process,and cool-downs to make them slower.
-Thief of seconds: Blur shoots energy balls in the shape of roman nomerals which can trap and freeze the enermy on contract for 7 seconds.[/B]

-While he is good at combat.His attacks aren't very strong and takes a while to actually to damage

-Blur can only use a maximum of 5 Boomerang blades per battle.So when he teleports to one he has one less.[/B]
- The Chrono Cape is fragile and can be broken if or ripped off
-Thief of seconds,The victim trapped in this attack can resist and even break hold of the frozen state if he or she is physically strong enough.It takes a person with above average physical strength to break hold of it.
Another, and the easiest way to escape while people frozen is to transport yourself to a another dimension or means of teleportation.

Yoan - Anyone who is faster than Blur is a threat to him.Blur will stop at nothing to kill Yoan
Sky Pirate - The only person who knows about the most valuable gem in the world.Blur had a brief encounter with Sky Pirate during a bank robbery not knowing Sky Pirate was a Rhg and that he knew about the Time Realm, he was never seen again.Sky Pirate also intents to take the time realm for himself so that he can go back in time to prevent him from making mistakes which got him to the situation he has today.(Main and most important target.)

Wither- A unknown science lab creating monstrous superhuman fighters to battle in the Rhg Arena? Seems like Blur will have to find the culprits.But to do that he first has deal with the undefeated monster Wither.After watching Wither destroy his opponents in the Rhg Coliseum,Blur decides that he will need some training from from his clan leader,Gene if he wants take Wither.
Zen- Suspect no.1 Blur has no interest in Zen,but the darker spirit inside him.Time Space is hidden in a extra dimension,impossible for the earthlings to reach, but spirits can easily access dimension so it will be no surprise to Blur if this dark spirit with piercing black eyes killed the TimeKeepers.Expect a visit from me soon Zen...

This isn't a weakness this is a limit...A weakness is something that your opponent can take advantage of to avoid some of your powerfull attacks or deal some serious damage to your RHG

your example is so bad that I have a hard time thinking of how to defend my earlier statement. I mean, there are alot of guns who can shoot one bullet at a time.

But yeah, it's the weakness of the gun. If your single bullet shooting gun lives in a community full of guns who can shoot 10 to 20 bullets in a single shot then he will be discriminated for sure.

It would as you'd have to wait to fire the next bullet leaving you wide open.

A weakness is anything that can be exploited and used to your enemies advantage, limitations fall into that category
