Again...i want to be an RHG fighter..but i cant even make my avatar his name is Hover...

I would suggest reading the rules and trying to get used to the forum beforehand

Also you need a software to do animation in order to make an rhg.
If you do have that and you already made stuff then go to the rhg section of the forum, specifically to the "getting started" section.
You can upload images from imgur.com and use the direct link in an "[img] [/img " code (adding a ] at the end aswell.
