Drone - Yes he is. Gilgamesh is super OP. Sorry.

Haru - I cannot include Phoenix Wright as a fighter in MVC3 because MVC3 is a mascot fighter that uses other franchises for its fighters. So technically the Phoenix Wright you've nominated is still the Ace Attorney Version. I can however allow that all his antics in the fighting game is just psychological in nature and his resilience to damage is indeed worthy. If you accept all those terms, leave him this way. Otherwise, rescind your choice and pick another character instead.

Nish - Do you wish to include even the Conan as seen in the movies and TV or do you want just the novels? Just clarifying as they are all essentially the same character.

Kazumi - Even though science has marched on and we already know that the T-Rex is a scavenger, the Jurassic Park T-Rex is still a bastard in that movie. Ergo, all future battles with this character will be in the assumption that the movie version is in effect.

Envoy - I cannot include the "Power Puff Girl" as you know there are 3 of them. And even if they are the same power-wise, you know they each have their own unique natures and this tournament takes advantage of personality. So pick one and nominate again.
- Also by "Xenomorph" I'm assuming you mean the iconic crawler/walker type that dominates the series and nothing else.

Kursura - You didn't put points in your noms so I'll just assume you made everything at 1 pt each. And to answer your question, I'm not going to do any rating. These will be voted upon by the community in a light debate during a "Who Would Win" situation.
- Also please clarify if Red from Pokemon is from the manga or the game. The distinct difference is what pokemon he has and the fact that in the manga, the Pokemon attack the trainers and his personality is a little different.

Exilement - Yeah, they're not a duo because they are distinct in attack power and personality.

Person McPerson - Are you referring to the 2003 TMNT series or the most recent one on Nickelodeon? Cos those 2 Raphaels are drastically different. For now I am assuming it is the former since that series was called TMNT instead of its long name.

Shadowkirby - Please inform me because I do not play WoW: Does Arthas and Ilidan retain their power level in between the two games? If not, please use only 1 of the games.

Veir is asking when the deadline is. I still haven't determined it, but probably in my next update. I didn't expect alot of noms. I'll expect a bit more perhaps.

I mostly want the Conan from the novels and comic books. I would like the movie and TV show excluded because even though they are supposed to be the same character, the one from the books is significantly smarter, a better strategist and downright superhuman in his abilities rather than peak-human as he was in the movie and TV show.
