If it's a wireless mouse then change the battery. This happened to me a while ago and changing the battery fixed it.

I never use wireless mouses. If it was a wireless mouse I wouldn't be asking. But I got a new mouse so it's fine...

Maybe it was a problem with the drivers. Did you make sure its up to date?

It didn't have a driver. It was a simple just plug into the computer and you're good mouse
