Hello I called a Mod a noob earlier today after beating them in a match and was banned for flaming. I would just like to see what the rest of the community thinks about this.
Thank you
Is calling someone a "Noob" flaming?

Calling someone a noob isn't as terrible and a cuss out flame after you lost, but it still isn't exactly nice. Especially to our sort of chat enforcement - in global chat. He can't ban you if you take it to PMs.

Ayyy lmao you make a new forum about this because you didn't get your way in the ban appeals section.
Good luck.

I posted on the appeal thread so the mods can review the incident I am posting here for the rest of the community to review.
I highly disagree that calling someone a noob is flaming. In chat rules it says that attacking a person or a player in a manner that is higher than PG-13 is flaming. The flaming rule is put there so keep out racial slurs, threat, and REAL personal attacks on people.
But if all the mods and the community believes that "noob" is considered flaming I'm asking you treat everyone who says noob or anything equal to that with a ban just like I got. I better not see noob said one time in the chat without a ban being handed out.

1) We're not always online
2) that's not why we banned you, it's in the context

You seem to forget you weren't mainly banned for the flaming in general. You were banned for spamming the flame, and then using an alt to dodge the ban that was provided to you.

I suggest a longer ban on all of his alts

One thread is enough.
