Turtle?

Hi, I had seen the most of you write this words usually, I know is a strategy, but what does it works exactly, I dont know what is it, help me :confused:

Alright turtle basically means setting up to prepare for defense. For example, if you have a huge disadvantage in army compared to your opponent, set up a wall, get a few speartons on shield wall, get a magikill or two and a bunch of merics. That is one example of turtling, you want to be able to stall until your army has caught up to the opponent's.
