How do i make lines around my stickman, just like that uses a RHG with a red scarf.

well this is basilly how zetabrand does it
select the stick of what ever you want to put the line around, and then click the ink bottle tool

But you must use the brush tool in making a stickman, and not a line, or that tool will actually color the whole line.
