I'm currently having my semestral break in my hometown so I haven't gotten to animating (However, I have been animating on and off but not for so long that it warrants enough of a live session). My break ends by next week so if ever I still don't finish it by then, I'll definitely hold sessions.

I think what Smile meant is, why does he need to make a tryout? Try out's are to see if you're good enough to join, and he obviously is.
They are also used as competition over a spot, but he has no competition.
