Cause weapon is made by your power,Arsenal cannot summon and use it,cause arsenal didn't have your power

And I reminds archer when I planning this rhg too,but archer is more op

Edit:I got some change,Arsenal can use your bow and arrow,you can see the theard again to see the reason,Thank you
