Here is the ultimate creation, probably most of you did know this thing existed, but i didn't until a few minutes ago.
Auto-Save
http://www.flashguru.co.uk/auto-save
You install it. Then go to Window->Other window->Auto-save
There you can put the timer.
It's great, we all went trough 2 or 3 hours of work and flash decide to crash, well here's the answer

A lot of us already knew about it and there's a thread about flash plugins either in the flash section or the resources section that have a link to this.

You could always practice good behavior and ctrl+s frequently like the rest of us.
