Well then that's too easy, because you can just break the bottle every fight.
And another thing, I don't think water is actually a weakness for sand, because when you water the sand, it makes it harder, thus it will hurt. It's more of an advantage

no when water comes in contact with sand it would be very heavy and it would be kinda like mud but his power doesnt control mud or anything else so its a disadcantage

Mud is still technically sand, so he could crush the guy cause as you said, its very heavy.
