This looks like a shop where people request art for their characters. That isn't fan art. Fan art is art of a character a person does of their own volition.

The colours on it are naff. The dark blue blends into the black as well as the colour used for "Chronomancer", use colours that contrast. Don't use stuff that blends in for text, like white on yellow or dark blue on black.
