Ability - quickly changing between modes

Weaknesses - he inst as fast as ud think he is hes slow and naive

Story - Pierce is basically a kid who works in the military as a secret weapon
he wants to carry on his fathers legacy after he, his father , dies in the line of duty
he isn't settled upon the fact that his father is gonna and wishes he could of saved him.

Please use normal English. I don't want to sound mean or anything but I can't really understand what you are saying here.
I think you mean " he is not as fast as you would think, and he is slow and naive."
When you say slow, what do you mean by that? Doesn't his jet pack make him fast?
