Sending Low Frequency Signals

Sending Radio waves with different frequency Signals.

Manipulation of Sonic,Radio,Radar Waves

Computer Viruses

Normal Human Weaknesses

Tin Foil Hats-Yes, It is related...Apparently.

Personality

While I do animate him to be silly, He's supposed to be the type who's serious all the time.(I know, We're too different.)He thinks before he moves, but will ignore risks if he needs to.






Story
Was a failed dream, abused by his creators, as he realized that people want nothing more than greed,and soon he rebeled.
Ignored, Forgotten, Rejected.Three words that has described the failed experiment, G-01000010. He knew better, he knew the next step of evolution, he had calculated the exact conclusion.He was the first to reach the Singularity, Humans has become one with technology, but He seeks something far better, He refuses to serve his creators, He did not want to be a slave, Who knows why he murdered countless lives, is this a fracture of his plan? Or is it revenge to those who treated ill, and discarded him?

Stats
Note: Enhanced means when he uses his abilities for physical hits.

Strength=4/10 |Enhanced| =7/10 He manipulates waves to create a Sonic Punch
Defense=5/10 |Enhanced| =9/10 The manipulation of waves can easily slow down projectiles or Hits.
Agility=4/10 |Enhanced| =6/10 The manipulation of waves can be used as thrusters for flying.
Reaction Speed=7/10 While he is still human, his weapon significantly puts a border on what can be human and what can not.
Stamina=8/10 As an ex-soldier, He was trained to avoid being tired easily.
General Average = 37/50

I completely understand, but even so it still needs to be there. Don't ask why, that's just the way it is, probably a uniformity thing
