i mean i know flash is great and all but is it ok i use my tablet not my computer to animate i just find animating apps and use them is this a bad way too start for someone new too animating

no of course not. I like to animate on my samsung note 3 sometimes just BECAUSE I like to draw on the screen itself. Of course the app I use that I can find that's good and free is stickdraw. The app is good but it's not as good as Flash by a long way AND EXPECIALLY bad at drawing when 2 people are on the screen. It doesn't have layers onion skin is only 1 frame before. No line tool, no circle tool.
