Im using Macromedia Flash 8, and Im wondering what the best way would be to incoorporate music into my animation, with slight syncing. Such as when the beat starts the fight does as well.

I know that; Im just wondering what the best way would be to import it into my animation, and then finding the exact frame where a hit needs to be.
Currently; if I play the animation with [Enter], it will not stop the music when I pause the animation.
I can also do [Control -> Play], but it takes a little while to load, and I will not be able to find the exact frame.
