Okay...so I'm new here, Rhg made me join the forums so I want to create my own. Now, here's the problem I only have a mobile device and I don't know any animation app. So would anyone please help me, I need an animating app like Mac flash on mobile. No trolls please. Thank you

I'm afraid there's virtually no such thing, especially on phones. Even if there are, it might not be worth it and you would have trouble posting it online. I'm assuming that you have a PC that's not connected to the internet, the closest you'll get would be hurriedly passing things back and forth with a USB.

Although at least you can still type, perhaps the wRHG would be an alternative for the meantime?

Actually you can get stick nodes on mobile, which is a animation software like pivot but it comes with a tweening button.
You can also export your animations to movie files or Gifs with it :3
