Upload it to an image hosting site such as imgur after creating an account there. Once uploaded from your profile page, imgur will allow you to copy and paste the vb embedding link from the page imgur gives you to view your uploaded image.

In future, before asking mundane questions like this, use google. "How to screenshot" will come up with pretty self-explanatory results.
