Jean was born to a family that was very skilled in using Time Manipulation, Jean who was naturally aware of his time powers. He neglected them because he had always prefered fighting normally(like kicking n punchin). his parents did not like this behavior, until they thought up of a plan! they wanted him to mix both his time powers and physical skill. Jean liked this idea, afterwards he decided to join RHG in hopes of becoming better at his powers.

His abilities are divided between his Physical,Time powers, and his locked abilities

Chronokinetic Combat:this is basically mixing physical fighting and his time powers, this is noticeable by his sudden burst of speed.
Age Acceleration:Jean can speed up a persons life span and even his own, this ability can be used both as offensive and defensive. if he accelerates an enemy's age they will literally turn grey(which is a sign that they're old.) and eventually die on the floor. and for the defensive he can accelerate his age to a point in time where he is experienced at using his powers. (This power only activates at intense situations.)

Experienced H2H Fighter:he is very experienced at using h2h combat as he was training this type of physical prowess during his early days.
Hard Hitter: Jean is known throughout his family because of how he hits hard, like after he finishes a hit/or combo the enemy will literally be thrown out into somewhere in the background.

Time Clones:he can pull out past and future versions of himself(realities that are very different from his own timeline.) to fight with him.
Time Portals:he can summon a time portal(in a form of a giant ghostly clock) to quickly move into far away places.

Easily fooled/distracted:jean is of average intelligence, but what differs him from other people is that he gets distracted very easily.
Backfire:his age acceleration skill has a 50% chance to backfire and turn him old up to the point of being dust.
