Make sure that he gives you it in PayPal Goods/Services; if he gifted it, he can just provide evidence that one is under 18 and then your PayPal gets locked. With Goods/Services you lose 2.9% but if account is frozen, at least you still get the funds.

I think they will only freeze you if you are under 13

Dunno about other countries but in the USA you can get a debit card at age 13

My question is why the hell are you still on these forums Max. You're not here to help anyone. If you did that, you'd stop scamming and ripping the devs off their membership.

They freeze your money until you are 18, or until you provide verification that you are 18. Read their ToS.

Source: I got 3 other people's paypals frozen when they tried to do a Chargeback on a purchase because they were under 18.

I have canceled my membership and im am hoping free membership kicks in before I lose Chaos. Can those who haven't won money have membership plus coins ( I know I don't have prize yet as I have 200 and I have won 5000
