Deadline before the bracket is generated. I need this information here the moment I create pools and stuff. So pretty much by the day off, just don't push it too much please.

Why is random considered an empire? It gives the random player an advantage in every game. Also in the case of mystery and I, it'll just be a game of rock paper scissors. The only matchup where we are very similar in level is OvO, the rest either he or I can win at least 4/5 times, depending on the mu. Also it gives a chance to be elementals and that's bad enough as it is.

I respectfully disagree; this is standard pre-tournament banter, and we are taking shots for previous set results. You'll also notice we've been including relevant discussion to this tournament (if you dismiss player/set history) in our posts.

I was considering going Chaos for my starting MU just to have a reliable start + matchup vs random, or going random myself (That's why I've been working on off-races.) simply for the presence of this rule. Ofc I'm not playing in this tourney, but yeah.

Since when was this thread only for Q&A/signups? Heck, this thread didn't even start out as a sign-ups thread and was the introducing thread to a hype tournament. I suppose you can ban all the first page statements and "hype" calls too. I'm not sure why you're trying to restrict a thread like this. I find this quite anti-hype with no place to discuss so properly.

There is nothing on the OP that suggests this thread is only for Q&A/signups and there is no better existing thread for chat about this tournament. I don't understand how you can call chatting about player availability/attendence off topic either.

Im assuming that not all the pool games will be casted, so is it just going to be the pool leaders vs the gold people that are shown?

Also can you update the OP signups please :)

Also AI, players can call out other players (as long as it's friendly banter, anything else becomes harassment). If it's about the tournament, then it's for this thread. I was going to make a separate thread for sign ups to actually encourage more tournament discussion (not just q/a), but CJ asked for it to be here, since this is an official SE event, and doesn't need the TZ involvement.

You also infracted my post that was a clear response to a question anyway. I think you should re-evaluate this whole situation and let it go. It started as a cute puppy and the moment it barked once you put a muzzle on it. Dogs bark, in case you weren't aware.
