As for the drawing, it's chicken scratchy. You should learn to use longer more confident lines. There's a bunch of anatomical mistakes with both heads. Not to mention her back looks broken and her shoulder blades dislocated completely. Practice anatomy from reference and do gesture drawings. Study head anatomy really hard as well, the different surfaces and planes can get complicated.
