what exactly does full mode do?

It's really rare for fun wate to get at a high anger level, its like an op rage mode where u cant get to until ur anger level is mental boom,
its hard for him to get to a VERY angry state cuz he fun & stuff,
Like someone he loves die or almost dead,
or someone stealing his cookies (a joke)

Only if he puts enough force into it.
Since Wate can walk around casually with these things on, he must also have great control over his strength.
And If he threw them only normal stockmen would die from it.
